An enterprise whose systems work together

Orders affect production, production affects stock, and procurement affects finances. ERP helps you see and manage these connections. We design the system around your processes, retaining useful tools and closing gaps between departments.

What the solution includes

  • Sales, procurement, warehousing, production and financial accounting.
  • Shared master data, employee roles and operational workflows.
  • Integration with 1C, CRM, industry-specific platforms and equipment.
  • Reporting, analytics and AI use cases for selected tasks.

From the first task to launch

We assess your operations and define the first implementation phase. We configure modules, migrate the agreed data and test end-to-end workflows. We train employees and support a phased launch, giving your team time to learn the system.

Questions and answers

Do we need to replace our existing 1C system?

Not necessarily. ERP can work alongside 1C, which can retain agreed accounting functions. Responsibilities and data exchange rules are defined after examining the configuration, available interfaces and data quality.

Can we start with a single process?

Yes. A pilot can focus on a limited use case, such as an order’s journey from sale to shipment. This lets us test how departments and systems work together before expanding the project.

How do we choose between an off-the-shelf system and custom development?

We first compare your requirements with existing solutions. Based on the analysis, we discuss configuring an off-the-shelf product, developing individual components or building a custom system.

What determines timelines and costs?

Costs depend on the processes involved, data condition, number of integrations and deployment requirements. After assessment, we agree on stages, acceptance criteria and an estimate. Licences and hardware are priced separately.

What do we need to provide to get started?

A description of the task, process participants and existing systems. Data access is agreed separately; anonymised examples can be used in the first stage.
