Protection built into everyday IT operations
Installing security software is only the start. Administrators need visibility into device status, timely event notifications and clear response procedures. We configure the solution for your infrastructure and business applications so it remains straightforward to manage.
What the solution includes
- Assessment of devices, operating systems and existing protection.
- Solution selection, deployment and central management configuration.
- Protection policies, updates and agreed exclusions.
- Alerts, reporting and event-handling instructions.
From the first task to launch
We test compatibility on a pilot group, configure policies and resolve conflicts with business applications. We then expand deployment, train administrators and agree on ongoing support. Licences are itemised separately in the proposal.
Questions and answers
Is antivirus software enough to protect a company?
Antivirus software addresses only part of the challenge. Protection also depends on updates, access rights, backups, system configuration and staff actions. The measures needed depend on your infrastructure and its risks.
Can we replace the current solution gradually?
A phased transition is possible if the selected products and infrastructure support it. Check the procedures for removing the old agent, installing the new one and monitoring devices during the transition in advance.
What determines timelines and costs?
Costs depend on the processes involved, data condition, number of integrations and deployment requirements. After assessment, we agree on stages, acceptance criteria and an estimate. Licences and hardware are priced separately.
What do we need to provide to get started?
A description of the task, process participants and existing systems. Data access is agreed separately; anonymised examples can be used in the first stage.
How do handover and support work?
We deliver the agreed documentation, provide training and define operating procedures. Support hours, response times and SLA scope are specified in the contract.
