Custom development

What it addresses

Transport, dispatching, fleet, drivers, fuel, repairs, carriers and settlements.

Capabilities illustrated by the project

ATIL supports management of an enterprise’s transport operations. The application includes dispatch schedules, transport assignments, the vehicle fleet, drivers, carrier management and a customer portal.

Fuel operations, vehicle use and repairs are linked to documents and financial workspaces. There are workspaces for dispatchers, mechanics and accountants, as well as mobile workflows for drivers.

  • Transport: Requests, planning, dispatch and trip execution.
  • Fleet: Vehicle records, drivers, operating information and repairs.
  • Fuel: Issuing, consumption, reports and interaction with fuel equipment.
  • Carriers and settlements: Carrier admission, tenders, invoices, documents and customer settlements.

Integrations

The application includes document exchange, mobile workflows and fuel interfaces. AI connects to the main product’s data through a separate service.

Artificial intelligence

Described in documentation

ATIL AI describes independent services alongside the main platform, from data retrieval to recommendations on vehicles and spare parts.

  • Questions about platform data and speech-to-text conversion.
  • Analysis of unusual fuel consumption and spare-part replacements.
  • Selecting a vehicle and driver and planning a route.
  • Forecasting demand for individual spare parts and analyzing trip delays.
