Custom development

What it addresses

Requirements, purchasing, supplier offers, contracts, receiving, inventory balances and materials accounting.

Capabilities illustrated by the project

MM connects enterprise requirements, suppliers and material resources. It includes requirements plans, procurement processes, requests for proposals, contracts and receiving.

Separate sections cover incoming inspection, invoice verification, stock availability, stocktaking, material accountability and procurement closeout. Analytics and a supplier portal are also provided.

  • Requirements and procurement: Requirements plans, requests, requests for proposals, tenders and approvals.
  • Suppliers and contracts: Supplier relationships, offers, contracts and settlement documents.
  • Receiving and inspection: Goods receipts, incoming quality checks, service acceptance and invoice verification.
  • Materials: Stock balances, movements, stocktaking, valuation and slow-moving stock.

Integrations

The project includes monitoring of integrations and incoming data. MM AI is described as a service behind the main backend system’s analytics interfaces.

Artificial intelligence

Described in documentation

MM AI is a separate analytics service for the main ERP supply system. The documentation describes domain-specific assistants, not just a general chat.

  • Finding duplicate materials in the item catalogue.
  • Comparing supplier offers for a procurement request.
  • Analyzing slow-moving inventory and price data.
