From a wagon on the scale to a record in your system
Operators need more than a number on a screen. They need to know which wagon was weighed, when the reading was taken and where to find the supporting material. We combine scale readings, images and business records in a practical operator workstation.
What the solution includes
- Connection to weighing equipment and event recording.
- Wagon number recognition with operator verification.
- Photo archives, search and weighing history.
- Data exchange with ERP and industry-specific systems, plus reporting.
From the first task to launch
We assess the weighing station, cameras and available interfaces. We test the workflow under actual image capture conditions, configure the operator workstation and set up data exchange. Measurement, metrological verification and equipment requirements are defined separately from software automation.
Questions and answers
Where do we start?
Start by describing your current process, equipment, systems and expected result.
Can it integrate with ERP and 1C?
Yes. The feasibility and scope of data exchange are determined after checking versions, protocols and available interfaces.
How is the cost determined?
Timelines and costs depend on development scope, integrations, deployment conditions and pilot scope. Licences and hardware are estimated separately.
How is the result validated?
Before work begins, we agree on use cases, test data and acceptance criteria, then validate the solution with users.
What happens after launch?
We hand over documentation, train staff and agree on support. Response times and responsibilities are specified in the contract.
